About BioCore: A Scholarly Publishing Consortium
Empowering scientific societies through collaboration, integrity, and innovation in scholarly publishing.
Built by Societies. For Societies. Empowering Science.
BioCore is a collaborative publishing consortium uniting biology and biomedical scientific societies committed to advancing research integrity, sustainability, and community-driven publishing. With FASEB as the managing member and in full partnership with societies, BioCore provides a society-first alternative to the commercial publishing model—one that reinvests in science, not shareholders.
We believe the future of scientific communication depends on strong, independent societies working together to strengthen trust in research and ensure that discoveries remain accessible for generations to come.
